We are currently in the process of moving across the country and had a very tight deadline to find an appropriate place. He helped us to land the apartment of our dreams, crafting a package that made us the most appealing candidate to the owners. We spoke with him once about our have-to haves and ideals and he quickly had a list of options for us with everything on our list. He has always been quick to reply and very responsive to any questions that we had! We can not thank him enough for his help to make this process seamless and fun!

In my opinion, it is essential to have the utmost trust not just in the expertise of your agent, but also in his or her character. Throughout the entire process, Kevin blew us away with his attentiveness, patience, professional appearance, and expert advice. As would be expected, we had a ton of questions about both the process and potential listings we were interested in. Kevin always gave answers and advice that clearly showed his singular focus was on helping us find the right home, and not just trying to get a deal done. He has the knowledge and experience to bring an objective and calm perspective to what is otherwise a tense and emotional process for buyers. We never felt he was pushing us when it came to making important decisions (whether or not to submit an offer, how much to offer, and even whether or not to counter, when that situation arose for us). Even without any pressure, we trusted his opinions and that made the decisions come a lot easier.On a final note, I always wondered how important the agent's reputation was when it came down to working together with the other agents. Every listing agent seemed happy to work with Kevin and had only great things to say about him. This includes the listing agent of the home for which our offer was accepted, and I have no doubt that Kevin's representation helped us against a VERY close competing offer. He even suggested we right a personal letter with a picture to the sellers.

He had great ideas and staged part of the house making it feel like a home. He was beyond patient with our high expectations for renters. Thanks to Kevin, he found the "Perfect" family for our home.

He was always persistent in following up on our applications with the landlord or the other agent and always had some alternatives ready if one didn't work out. I would certainly recommend Kevin.

During a chaotic 18 month period I moved twice. Kevin represented me in both transactions. Kevin was always responsive, organized and proactive. I had a very restrictive search criteria list which complicated the searches but Kevin was always swift to find several workable options. His superior abilities stood out the most to me when dealing with other agents during some of our negotiations - his work ethic and professionalism really is far above the rest of the industry. We had been looking for about 3 weeks for a place with no luck, after making contact with Kevin we had our dream place within 2 weeks.

My man and I were looking to buy a home in the San Diego area as a rental property.  We didn't know where we wanted to live. We didn't know what we were looking for. He checked to see if the transportation was good. He told us about parking, shopping, history, and stuff only a local should know! He has lived in so many places he knew his turf. When the day came and we finally found the home we wanted he held our hand through the entire process. We didn't have an easy close I'm sad to say, but Kevin was tenacious and kept up on everything. When we did finally close he was there like a proud papa giving out hugs and congrats.
